Lazy Habits / 慵懶成性以永不屈服、感染力還有原創性，被稱為英國的音樂界中明日之星。創作靈感來自紐澳良爵士、靈魂樂、嘻哈、50年代的Big Bands還有在英國文化相當重要的電子音樂。他們這麼描述自己：結合最高水準的節奏、律動和管樂。 Lazy Habits /慵懶成性最早為來自英國倫敦 Hackney區的個人MC，成立於2005年。至今，已為八人的團體。現場表演的強大的舞台魅力與感染力，始終能讓觀眾陶醉其中，久久不能散去。他們已多次於英國知名的表演場地演出，例如：Shepherd’s Bush Empire, The Roundhouse, KOKO等。並曾獲 Mos Def, Soulwax, The Specials, Bonobo, Chali 2Na (Jurrasic5)以及 Beardyman邀請擔任演唱會的暖場嘉賓並獲得各方的好評。另外， Lazy Habits /慵懶成性曾參加 Glastonbury音樂祭的The Other和 Jazz World舞台的演出。其他英國各地的音樂祭，例如： Bestival, Secret Garden Party和 Edinburgh Festival等，都可以看見他們的蹤跡。（節錄自The Wall。出處）

去年在台南海安路的「南榕，我主張」音樂會，主唱James前來表演。截至目前為止他已來過台灣四次，前三次都是個人演出。這幾週的巡迴則是第一次把整團都帶來台灣。

當時我就被他的舞台魅力深深吸引，表演結束後衝去買了一張專輯，請他簽名，跟他說我想幫他翻譯歌曲。但因為我的"Lazy Habits"，拖了這麼久才翻完第一首，哈哈！

這首Fades出自第一張同名專輯"Lazy Habits"，大家趕快來感受一下英式的嘻哈吧！

Giving up a thought I just dismissed it.
畫了張願望清單, 並且幾乎傾心的完成每一項

A wish list is drawn and act on almost wholeheartedly, 
那些熟稔藝術者都共有的病症又再度復發

restarting the disease suffered by those who master artistry.
在壓力之下滑落的面具和歡笑

The laugh the mask that slips under the strain,
像是喬裝在出軌列車下的瞬間

like points underneath derailing trains.
一個無法除去的記號 那些讓傻蛋學會教訓的傷疤,
A mark that's unremovable the scars school the stupid fool,
那些傻蛋們曾夢想著能快點渡過那最深層而晦暗的青春
